Custom fabricated chutes, hoppers and bins

• We specialize in fabrication and refurbishment of mining bulk material handling transfer points like chute works, bins, hoppers and others.
• Our expertise including the design and fabrication of chutes, bins, hoppers, belt scrapers and dust suppression/extraction systems.
• We also provide the application of various liners, such as hardwearing steel, ceramics, rubber, high-density polypropylene, where the product being transferred is sticky, contains foreign objects such as wooden props or where different ores are fed though.
• We also specialize in a large variety of transfer chutes such as bifurcated chute (both proportional feed and selective feed), belt to belt, screen feed, crusher feed chute, bunker feed chutes, vibrating feed chutes, swing chutes, periodic vibrating chutes mounted on a load cell system to control blockages, tippler chute.

Structural Steel Fabrication

• We have extensive experience in the fabrication of material handling and ore preparation facilities.
• Typical projects for us include conveyors structures, chutes structures, handrails and stairs, walkways.
• Coupled with the ability to handle small to medium sized structural steel projects makes us an ideal fabricator for the aggregate industry as well.
• Spartan has in-house drafting and detailing capabilities utilizing a 3D CAD and this ensures a smooth transition of Shopfloor drawings to fabrication to allow flexibility.
• We use the latest technology in our welding procedures and keep qualified personnel to maintain quality.
• Products are inspected by our full time quality control inspectors and procedures are assured by our on-staff certified welding Inspector (CWI).
• Our engineers and project managers work with each customer to streamline the fabrication of their products through our manufacturing facility to erecting on site.
• We can deliver impressive turnarounds on 150-300 tons per month projects.
• We strive to deliver projects in a timely manner and we are always up front and honest with our customers as to a projects progress.
